Returned goods

The used returned goods are no more than 1 – 2 weeks old, disinfected, cleaned and checked for functionality.
All accessories are present as with new goods.

There are two different types of returned goods:
On the one hand, there are used return goods, i.e. these have actually been used by customers to their full extent but were returned in the end.
On the other hand, there are unused returned goods. In this case, the appliances were not used by the customers but were sent back because, for example, the toilet bowl was incorrectly measured.

In both cases, the original seal is no longer present, as would be the case with new goods.
