Warranty declaration of the company Leeventus GmbH
Dear customer, Leeventus GmbH, Rudolf-Diesel-Str. 20b, 65760 Eschborn, Germany, hereby grants you a warranty for the product (shower/toilet installations: DIB-J430, DIB-J430R, DIB-J850R) for a period of 36 months. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase. The warranty declaration is only valid in the territory of EU countries. If a problem with the product occurs within the specified period, you can return or bring the product to us. Our repair service will then check the damaged product and repair it if necessary. If the repair is expected to take more than _14__ days or cause unreasonable costs, we will replace the product. If you are shipping the product, please package it so that it will not be damaged in transit and send it together with a copy of the invoice to the following address: Leeventus GmbH, Rudolf-Diesel-Str. 20b, 65760 Eschborn. We will then deliver the repaired product or your replacement product back to your shipping address. The costs for the outward and return shipment are borne by Leeventus GmbH. We would like to ask you to send us a detailed description of the cause of the damage in order to guarantee the fastest possible service. Please note: Your statutory material defect rights, which you are entitled to for a period of two years from the date of delivery of the purchased item, are not limited by the above warranty. The statutory material defect rights are regulated in § 437 of the German Civil Code.
